11011101 July - The Treaty of Alton. Robert Duke of Normandy landed at Portsmouth. He and Henry signed a treaty where Robert gave up his claim to the throne of England in return for 3,000 marks a year.
1106Robert Curthose, William the Conqueror's eldest son and brother to Henry I, led a rebellion against Henry but was defeated and incarcerated by his brother
